After checking reviews on Angie's List, I tried to make an appointment online with Safelite. For some reason the Promo code wasn't accepted, so I called. The representative who answered the telephone for Safelite was very helpful. He called the local Safelite on Hwy 50 in Pueblo, CO, to see if they would accept the $20 off the total bill and they confirmed. I got my appointment for the next day in the morning as I had requested. There was bad weather (snowing heavy), the traffic was horrific with a couple of accidents on the way into town, which caused him to be a half an hour late. The people at Safelite, from the receptionist to the service technician, were extremely courteous and friendly. They did not make him feel bad for being late and took care of replacing the windshield right away. They also gave us the $20 off the total bill. We would recommend Safelite on Hwy 50 in Pueblo, CO to anybody who needs glass repair. We'll use them again next time - for sure.

When I called, they had my replacement windshield in stock and offered an appointment for the same day. I had prior committment, so I made the appointment for the very next morning. The replacement was performed promptly and accurately. My vehicle was ready before the time they quoted. They even vacuumed the front of my car and cleaned all of my windows. I was very impressed. Excellent customer service!

We were referred to them via our auto insurance company. They were very professional on the phone. They contacted us a couple of time to let us know when they were coming and/or were on the way. They were prompt, responsive and very professional.

I was not satisfied with the services received.

I arrived at the Academy Blvd location in Colorado Springs at the scheduled time and my car was worked on right away. The chip repair was done in only 20 minutes and the quality of the repair is excellent. The employees were very friendly and professional. They provided the added services of washing all the exterior windows and vacuuming the floorboards, plus, they gave me a can of their high-end window cleaner. What a great experience! Note: My cost was $0 because the insurance covered the cost, which would have been $65.

Initial contact was excellent. Safelite handled the claim with my insurance company and all I had to worry about was the $100 deductible. My appointment was "between 1:00 and 5:00" and the first call to my office came at about 12:30 when I was away from my desk. The technician, however, did not have my cell number, although I had left it with the first person who took my information. The technician finally reached me at my office at about 1:30, and then met me in the parking lot, where he completed the work. He was courteous and professional. An excellent job, in spite of the glitch with him not reaching me promptly when he arrived.

My third windshield from safelite. Scheduled at my convenience at home, confimation calls as promised, very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Never had a subsequent problem. This was an insurance job but previous jobs were best price as well. I'm a cheapskate and a perfectionist but these guys are worth the $$$.

They were excellent. They were responsive. Quick service. They were neat. I would definitely use them again.
