Description of Work: Clogged pipe

Description of Work: I gave them a good review initially, but I had a repeat of the same issue. They came back out and didn't charge me, but the same issue happened a third time! They didn't want to figure out what was causing the problem.

Description of Work: Dug down to the back flow preventer to remove a blockage that was stopping up our sewer line into our basement. He inserted the roto-router to snake the pipe.

Description of Work: *My only cost was the service fee I paid for my First American Homebuyer's Protection plan. However, Roto Rooter was NOT an approved provider (1st Am. didn't have any approved plumbers for my area), but Roto Rooter worked closely with 1st American in order to provide me the best service in a timely manner. I had to have a leaking toilet replaced. Technician Devon provided us with a free estimate of the cost, provided all the information to 1st American for approval (which it was) and Robert, another technician installed the fixture in a timely manner, worked very neatly and I have no more leakage problem! Paula is the office person I first contacted and she was extremely helpful and professional in working with me and 1st American. I was fortunate to have the homebuyer's insurance plan, but the total cost billed to them I felt was quite reasonable - approximately $410. I highly recommend this company! On another occasion I used them to clean my sewer line and provide a rootex treatment. I had to call them during the service guarantee time frame (before the rootex treatment) and they were prompt in fixing the problem at no charge.

Description of Work: Sinks not draining and had to go into the crawl space and clear out from their to street.
