decks, remodeling, septic tank
+ 1 moreWe contracted in July for an August start and they finished in November. We were so very fortunate. Rogers is a triple A BBB rated business and they lived up to it. I was in his hair every day and worked with him on a lot of the aspects of the project and he was just a wonderful person to work with. The suggestions he made to do some of the things we did to give us a better product in the end were just terrific. I could go on and on about him. We had new appliances put into a new kitchen with custom cabinets he got at a great price for us. The floors were all redone and some were wood and some were ceramic tile. Walls were put in different places to give the appearance we wanted. They were a wonderful outfit to work with. His son, Brett, is also a licensed contractor, he and his father have terrific finishing skills. The clearances are microscopic, you don't see gaps in anything. The home is as tight as it can be and we never have trouble with the cold or the heating system.
Description of Work: Rogers Construction did a major remodel in our cabin. He completely remodeled from stud to stud and from plumbing, pump house, he managed the back hoe work for a new septic system, a totally new electrical plan for the home, etc. It was stripped down to a shell and basically he rebuilt it. It's about 600 square feet and we added 800 square feet of deck on three sides that are covered and enclosed. He extended the roof line about 10 feet to do that. It was rather complex and very comprehensive in terms of the work I requested.
