About us

Queen of Organization, LLC is dedicated to creating clarity and success in companies and individuals who are overwhelmed, confused or uncertain. Due to transitions, life situations or simply having too much stuff, physical organization is most often the first of our six areas of organizing utilized in our holistic approach. We currently have two full-time employees and sub-contract as needed depending on the size of the job and the deadline. Payment is due at the end of the work day. We readily accept cash or checks, however credit is an option. Occasionally we have special promotions and, depending on very specific circumstances, we have financed in the past.

Services we offer

With a patient, non-judgmental approach, we can organize any or all areas of our clients’ environment, including home, garage and office. We can help with moving (including de-cluttering, packing and unpacking), downsizing or dissolving estates; organizing receipts in preparation for taxes, as well as managing mail and paper flow in general; and emergency preparedness for both evacuation and invacuation (People confined within a space due to an emergency or dangerous situation.)

Because organizing is based on specific principles, our process can be easily transferred from one situation to another. Whether it’s in an area of your house, home business or warehouse, whether it’s related to your paperwork, your stuff, your career or your life, we can help you determine the best methods of organizing that meet your specific needs. I am writing to highly recommend Jane Marie Sandberg of Queen of Organization as filling a need in this busy world of today. Where everyday life isn't every day routine anymore. I had the pleasure of working with Jane-Marie directly during her time in my home. And her tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze me. |She brought my chaotic office to organized bliss. And that started with an interview one day to evaluate my needs and home routine. After the first day a sense of well being and peace started to settle in, to realize someone was there to help me address the YEARS of documents, receipts, current papers I had sitting in piles on my desktop, floor and stored in trash bags. For about 6 days, tossing, identifying, categorizing each and every single paper for my family of four adults. She was literally my hands and legs while i sat and examined thousands of papers passing through my fingers. Believe me this was emotionally exhausting at the end of the day, but from the beginning, always a hug, smile and positive reinforcement, intermingled with a no nonsense work ethic. Then about 4 days creating a system tailored to me personally and one that I can easily keep up with on a daily basis. This required her to go, in what I think, was beyond the call of duty. There are no words to describe what an amazing talent she possess and is worth much more than her weight in gold. How did it go? Wonderful! Jane is very good at her job. She is enthusiastic and motivates you to decide what do you really need, want, and can get rid of. She will even take away the things you decide that you do not want. I think that is good because it would be very easy change your mind and keep those things that you decided to eliminate. I gave her a C on price because at 65 dollars an hour, it was double what I expected and is more than I can afford when I make just under 10 dollars an hour. I gave her a B on responsiveness because I initially contacted her by Angie's List email in August. When I called her business phone, she responded quickly.
Description of Work: She helped me clean out the clutter in my office and reorganize the space so the it was more usable. The area has a better feel to it and is not so overwhelming.

She did everything I wanted done and in a timely manner. It didn't take weeks at all, in fact I wish it had taken longer so we could have visited more. It went very well, it was a lot of fun.
Description of Work: She made sure I was in charge of the decision making. She showed me how some of my choices could be made more efficient in my life and in my family. She has helped me organize three different areas in my home that needed it badly. She worked very quickly and professionally. At the same time, she was great company to have over. I never had so much fun organizing in my home. She has also helped me better myself in a very simple yet satisfying way. At this point with what I have shared I consider her a treasured friend.
