+ -1 moreNicole came out and gave us a bid on our project, sent us the contract and collected half of the monies, for a job scheduled to be delivered 3 weeks after. I was skeptical about giving monies prior to a job being started but she seemed legitimate. Three days before the scheduled start date, she contacted us and told us that she would not be delivering the services at all due to a family emergency. After numerous emails. phone calls and attempts to contact her about our refund of $1600.00, we have had no word from her at all. She had held the monies now for 2 months and I have filed a dispute with my cc company. Do not use this company as they appear to be fraudulent.
