Lowe's is our favorite date store. We like looking at things. We use them all the time. They're the closest one.

The carpet was installed in a punctual manner and it looked great when it was finished.  The installer, Jeremiah, was outstanding.

All of the customer service from the associates on the floor to the installers have been phenomenal. I love Lowe's and the service has been very good.

Their price was cheapest or darn close but I did not like how they start out at a set price per square foot and keep adding on expenses especially when it was supposed to be a "free installation" package. We had to pay extra for padding, stair (of course), tear out, haul away, and dump fee. In the end it was still good deal but would be nice if they or anyone would give a up front price that includes removing and taking away old carpet and new padding.
The guys who did install were punctual and professional. They got the job done quickly (faster than estimated by 2 hours) and cleaned up well. They were also informative and never hesitated to answer questions. One guy was even kind enough to offer to look at a carpet stain in our basement to advise us even though he had already said they dont do stains and they were all done and ready to leave.
It has been 2 months with 3 year old and 2 large dogs and install and carpet are excellent. We have had an install crew from Lowes in Pueblo twice and both times are great. The other competing company came here once and it was not pleasant.
The first place I would check for any future installs for us will be Lowes Pueblo HWY 50. If we move somewhere else, I do not know elsewhere how they are but certainly would be willing to give chance based on my local experience here.

THE SERVICEMEN AT LOWE'S TOOK A WHILE TO GET TO US, THE STORE WAS VERY BUSY THE DAY WE WERE THERE. ONCE THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP US THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CURTEOUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND LOWE'S TO ANYONE.
