+ -1 moreMy problematic York heat pump was removed and replaced with a new Trane system. It works very well, and I am happy with it.
Description of Work: Installed a new Trane XL 15i A/C and TAM4 Heat pump air handler and Clean Effects. My old system broke down in early July, and Larry personally came to work on it on 4th of July at no cost to me. He got it working well enough to get me through until the new unit could be installed.He spent several hours working on the system and replaced parts. He told me that if I couldn't wait the 3 weeks until he could schedule my service, I could go with another contractor. He provided amazing service. He has a customer for life.

+ -1 moreThey charged me $10,000 to install my new pieces and $3,000 to check on it yearly. They ended up over charging a couple thousand of dollars. I was told by a friend I could have the whole thing done for five or six thousand dollars cheaper. They stuck it to me big time. The guy that first set it up did it wrong and they had to send someone else out. I would call them and it would take three to four days to come out and in the meantime I was freezing to death!
Description of Work: We had Larry's Electric install a new furnace and air conditioning.

+ 0 moreThe job went pretty well. Several adjustments to the scope of work had to be made to address new code issues. The electrician that did the job had to make some changes to meet new code issues, but he kept coming back until he got everything taken care of properly.
Description of Work: We had electrical circuits run to outside heaters to keep plumbing from freezing.

+ 0 moreThey couldn't get a unit in Colorado, so they sent a truck down to Texas to bring one back so they could have it installed by Monday. I had some troubles with the unit after that, but they said it wasn't anything they did so it did cost me more money.
Description of Work: They installed an air conditioning unit on a commercial building I owned.
