Mr. Harmes performed his work at a reasonable cost and in a timely fashion. He did not raise his price when he ran into a couple unforeseen difficulties. He left no trace of having been on my property except some excellent concrete work, a nice repair of some siding, and a good memory. Several have commented favorably on the improvements. If concrete may be admired, this work can. It helped me sell my house.

I called Jim Harmes on 08/26/11 for estimate on above concrete pad, Harmes made appointment to meet at location at 9:00 on 08/27/11 to estimate. Harmes was 15 min early. Very personable. Gave estimate that beat a phone estimate from another larger company considerably. Harmes suggested forming bolts into pad to bolt shed down and did so without additional cost. Harmes arranged to perform forming on 08/30/11 and pouring on 08/31/11. All work ended up being performed promptly on 08/30/11. I'll be looking to Harmes when performing future landscaping work as well as future flatwork. Harmes shows up when they say they will and performs great work at a great price.
