It is very difficult to find someone who does great quality work, is honest , has great customer service and can get the job done above and beyond my expectations. Joe is indeed that person. I needed my fence repaired and he did a fabulous job and was very reasonable. I told him I was concerned it may blow down and in a couple days it was fixed and right before the next heavy winds came in. I am sharing his info with all my friends and have scheduled him for yet another project. He will permently be my go to guy. There is nothing this gentleman cant do!

Joe was very professional and made the walls look like new! We had a project done recently to add foam insulation into the basement walls as there was not any previously. Because of this, we had multiple holes in our walls that needed re-textured. Joe was transparent and honest from the start. Plus, our walls look not only brand new, but as if the holes were never there to begin with which is exactly what we wanted. We will be calling Joe first for any future projects we have.

Joe was great to work with. We hired him to replace a portion of our fence, repair our existing deck as well As add stairs and put up a secondary fence to help us create a dog run of sorts. He was great to work with and he worked quickly. His bid was reasonable and on target. He was also great when in the course of him doing the work we had a pipe on our sprinkler system break. I asked if he was able to repair that and he was happy to assist. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking and I will definitely rehire him for future projects.

Replaced five corner beats. It looks like it was brand new now. Came on time cleaned up after himself was pleasant to be working with him and to have in my house. Also worked with me too get to where I could Afford the repairs

Joe called me, came over, listened to my request. He guided me thru options that may work for me. Joe arrived to my house, climbed the roof and repaired leak at swamp cooler. It was 33 degrees that afternoon ð ³ and worked meticulously and evaluated the area. He also made evaluation/suggestion to have caps put on some pipes to keep weather out. Thank you Joe! I am very skeptical of contractors, (burnt in the past), Joe is honest and has won my trust. I'm getting my "handyman list" ready. See you in the future Joe! You rock!

He stayed late to finish the job in a timely manner. And he did such a good job! I honestly wish I could post pictures because my entryway went from subfloor to immaculately tiled. I love it so much. DONT DO IT! I made the mistake of hiring Joe! I hired to replace as well as add more insulation in my crawl space under my bathroom. He had me purchase 2x more supplies than he actually used. An extra $200 worth!! He had to come back because he did not do a good job when he did come back the second time, 1/2 assed again. Do not know why he had such wonderful reviews??? STAY AWAY!!

After hiring Joe to repair my basement ceiling due to leaks in pipes that were repaired by another contractor, additional leaks showed up during the early morning hours of the day repairs were to be made. Joe kept his appointment with me and not only repaired the ceiling, but found and repaired 3 additional pipe leaks before repairing the ceiling. Joe and his helper Josh were very professional and walked me through each process. The finished project was excellent as it would be impossible to tell that the ceiling was ever damaged. I highly recommend JBs Home Remodeling. Repairs for anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality work. Joe and Josh also blew out my sprinkling system once all other repairs were completed.
