Not only did Jeremy pick up the rug promptly, but returned it promptly looking clean as new and even helped move the furniture to get it back into place! I opted for the Scotch Guard with a one year warranty because our dog is getting older and I imagine something else will happen again.

The owner is very personable. He really takes his time. They give individualized service. I really like that he listens. He tries to focus on the areas I really needed him to. He is very cost effective. I remember that it's a good deal. He's really good. I would recommend him.

Indigo Clean was awesome! We worked with Jeremy as our technician. He came to my house on a Saturday, with only three days notice, because I expressed that I needed the work to be done quickly (we were listing our home for sale on that Monday). He really went out of his way to make up happy in every way. He was punctual, and ready to work when he arrived. He took great care to remove all spots/stains, and spent extra time to move furniture (with the help of my husband) to access some spots that were hiding. The carpet looked amazing! We were considering replacing it because there were stains that had been there for years, but there are NO stains left on my carpet. He was very respectful of my home and took care to leave it in better condition than when he arrived. It has been about three weeks since we had our carpets cleaned and not a single spot has re-appeared. I would recommend Indigo Cleaners in a heartbeat.
