Description of Work: I took in my Vizio TV, which had quit working, for a repair estimate. I gave them a $100 deposit. I took it in late in the afternoon and they called me with the estimate the next morning. They provided me with detailed information about what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. They even went to some trouble to see if they could find the parts somewhere cheaper. Although the price I was quoted was not out of line, I opted to not have the repairs done since it would cost only slightly more to buy a new TV (which seems to be common with electronics these days.) I was given a refund of $50 dollars of my deposit (which was explained to me when I brought the TV in). Overall their service was good and honest and they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to others.
