I would NOT recommend County Construction Partners in Pueblo, Colorado or their affiliate Fence Masters. They installed a 600 linear foot fence on my parent's property in Pueblo in May/June 2012 so they could house our dog while we lived their during our house hunting after moving here from South Carolina. The owner met with my parents during the bid process and was very personable and really established a good rapport during this phase; this is why they hired him. This changed however during construction and now after the job is done and my parents are very dissatisfied with the workmanship. During construction numerous 4x4s had to be removed from the ground and re-installed to straighten the fence and others had to be re-dug in order to get enough concrete around the wobbly 4x4s. Additionally, my dad asked the owner to not allow one crew member back on the job due to poor workmanship. After he left, approximately 24 feet of cedar pickets had to be removed and re-installed because the guy could not seem to keep them vertical and level. Despite telling my parents they took care of all the paperwork and he had a good working relationship with the HOA, they did not file paperwork with the HOA, they did not verify the property line (it was eyeballed), and after only 4 months the fence “snaked” due to extremely warped cross bracing. My parents had to pay a fine to the HOA and are now having their property surveyed to verify they are within their boundary. Despite guaranteeing them they would address any quality issues after the fact, they will not return their phone calls or emails and my parents are extremely dissatisfied with their lack of service and poor quality! My parents filed a complaint with the BBB on this contractor. The contractor would not respond to the BBB's inquiry and they closed the complaint with an "F" grade due to lack of response.
