+ -1 moreThe Fountain office 686-3398, on Old Pueblo Road customer service horrible. Okayed the job on August 2. . Was told August 9 or 10. I called 9th to confirm appointment, didn’t have me on schedule they will be out the next day, by 10 AM, no call/no show. I called and They would be out Monday or Tuesday the latest. Trees were removed on the 14th. Didn’t have any stump killer and they had broken a piece of my fence pole. Said they would be back on Saturday to take care of these 2 issues. No call/no show. I called back the 21st and they said they would find out what’s going on, never called back. Show up on the 22nd with the stump killer and stated that they will have someone out the next day, but not before 10AM to take of the broken fence pole. No call/no show. Lots of wasted time waiting.

+ -1 moreCompany was prompt in responding to my phone call. Company was able to do the work the same week. They arrived when promised, did the work without incident, did not damage other trees on the property, and thoroughly cleaned up the debris. I will hire them again.
