I was in the process of having a rental remodeled for a few months. Unfortunately, the work started by the initial “handyman”, in Oct. 2023, showed he was rushing, not detail oriented, was over his head, and had very young and inexperienced assistants that made the process a disappointing nightmare, which caused me to lose sleep, time and money. After the work issues were discussed with the initial handyman, he quit and left me with a load of bad work that still needed to be corrected, and a lengthy list of projects that still needed to be done. The house remodel was completed by Osvaldo and sold quickly with no issues during the process. Too bad Osvaldo didn’t start the entire project for me, he would’ve saved me money, time and stress. Because of his knowledge, experience, punctuality and overall great work, personality and attitude, Osvaldo has become my “go-to guy” for any work I may need in the future.
