There's a reason why this company is absolute garbage! I have had a hard plastic table that has been sitting next to my 2 cans for 2 weeks now. I called to ask why they haven't taken it, and the representative told me that it would damage the hopper on their truck. I have personally seen them take pressure treated wood, pressure washers, small clothes dryers, and the lot and crush them in the hopper. So, you're telling me that a hard plastic table is it going to destroy your equipment? I'm calling B*llsh*t! This is why I switched. If I could rate lower, I would.

C&C employee was caught on camera stealing my property from my yard. I called and asked that their driver return what belongs to me, and was told they would take care of it. Never got my property back, called again and was told I would get a credit on my account. I called my service, with a credit owed to me, and 5 months later, still haven't received a refund. This locally owned company should have charges filed on them, and the owner should be ashamed.

They have zero customer service! They cracked and ruined our driveway. The owner Frank Cortese came out and was the most unprofessional business man I have ever met. Little back story, we rented a little dumpster when they came to dump/pick it up they crushed our driveway all the way up. The driver obviously didn't know what he was doing because he drove on the edge all the way up. It has taken Mr. Frank two months to get here, after us having to call him every week with no call backs or recognition. He started the conversation off by yelling at my mother. Saying this is old damage and this is not our problem, well yes it is now old damage because it's taken you two months to get here. He was yelling so loud it woke up my daughter from her nap, who was inside the house on the couch. I've never seen such an unprofessional person. He blamed it on not having enough drivers who aren't HIGH to do their job. I strongly discourage anyone from doing any business with C & C Disposals. We have been a customer for over 12 years, and cancelled our services today!
