+ -1 moreMy fridge was making a loud clunking noise, so I set up an appointment with this company who had previously serviced my gas range. The technician (company owner) was reluctant to wear a mask in home of elderly at-risk woman. He was rude and surly. Told me nothing was wrong with the fridge and he cleaned the coils. Left fridge out of balance but, to his credit, returned 3 weeks later (the earliest he said he would be available) to re-balance it. Was even more rude that time, and the noise the fridge was making still persisted. Two months later I hired another repair company and within 3 minutes of hearing the noise, correctly diagnosed and fixed it.
