I hired As-Built on architect's recommendation. They were okay at first, but did not do an accurate, good job. When I tried to politely work it out with the owner, he was rude and hostile, as was his assistant. I paid the guy who did the work "under the radar" to correct his work and give me a CD and print, but I had to pay extra for him to do it. Avoid these unprofessionals!
Description of Work: Measured and drafted "as-built" plans for my house for a remodel.

+ -1 moreASBUILT SERVICES DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. DRAWINGS WERE COMPLETED OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY ALONG WITH HOUSE MEASUREMENTS. I NEEDED TO HIRE THIS SERVICE (WHICH WAS EXPENSIVE) BECAUSE NO FLOOR PLANS WERE AVAILABLE DUE TO THE AGE OF THE HOUSE. THE CITY WOULD NOT APPROVE ANY HOUSE MODIFICATIONS WITHOUT EXISTING CONDITIONS.
Description of Work: ASBUILT SERVICES WAS USED TO MEASURE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN WITH EXACT MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ARCHITECT COULD BEGIN THEIR WORK ON ROOM EXPANSION.
