After he had done it, he tells me, "Don't use it below 72°." I said, "We don't even have our heater on that high in the winter. I want an air-conditioner and I can't use it below 72°?" I told, if I knew that before he put it in, I would not have had it put in. He was quick to sign me up for the no interest credit, which I paid off. I've been using the air conditioning down to 62° on really warm days. But, he said, "If you're going to run into a problem with it freezing up, then we'll have to come back out." If anybody was going to come back out, it's not going to be him. And then he put in another part because the air conditioning has a hard time cooling the upstairs rooms. So, he brings in a part to put in. He says, "Well, I can't guarantee this is going to make it cooler. But it will put more power in the fan." It cost $850. He has a nice uniform and comes in a nice company van. He is very professional. It was a good price, not an excellent price. They're very punctual.
