A Global Disposal

Lid on can not fully closed 1/4 of a inch from closeing so they took out the bag that did not allow lid to close and left it on the side of the curb but took the two extra bags allowed left outside of can. I was told had to call in advance for them to pick it up, why couldnt they just take it or leave it in The can were it was not on the side were the dogs can get to it . Really lid 1/4 inch from locking shut is considered extra bags wow first in over a year with being with them karen who manages could not understand why i was upset, ok leave the bag if it is extra but leave it in the can were it was they took the time to take it out. customer service put it back in the can were you found it not on the side of the curb. Realy they charge a dollor per bag so insted of taking the bag and adding $1.00 to my next bill or even just putting it back were they found it back in the can they choose to argue with me and loose my business. Or just simply give peolpe a heads up if your lid doesnt close all the way shut on your can we will consider thay extra trash.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Worst trash service ever. I have paid them around $90 since I started service in August. They advertise less than $4 per week. Then yesterday my trash wasnt picked up. I called and they claim I didnt pay my bill. I have receipts showing where I have. I sent proof that I paid to the lady and was told she would call me back about the truck picking it up. She didnt. I called back yesterday evening and left another voicemail. Still no response . I have been calling all morning long and it is going straight to voicemail services. My trash can is full and needs to be emptied and I am not waiting until next week when i paid for the service. Save yourself the headache and use another company. The book keeper here clearly has no clue what is going on.

This company can't be trusted. They will agree to anything in order to get you to hire them and then back out of the agreement. I told them before I even wrote the check that I was handicapped and could not move the trash barrel to the curb and back without risking a fall and possible injury. I was assured that would not be a problem. They would come to the porch, pick up the trash and return the barrel to the porch, which they did for the first couple of months. Then they began leaving the barrel at the end of the driveway. I called and complained and it was again confirmed that we had agreed that they would move the barrel for me. It lasted maybe 2 pickups. I finally placed a note on the top of the barrel "Please return barrel to porch, resident handicapped". The note was ignored. Angry, of course, I called and filed another complaint stating that if it continued I would start deducting a dollar from my bill every week the agreement wasn't honored, thinking maybe that would get them to do what they had promised. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a very rude young man informing me they were a curb side service only. I explained that this agreement was made before I even hired them. He basically told me he didn't care what was agreed too the HE was telling me from this point on my trash service would go one way and one way only. I informed he I would be looking for another company. I DID NOT cancel my service- simply said I would look elsewhere. Within one hour they had come to my home and removed the trash barrel, despite the fact I still had service left I had paid for. I tried repeatedly to reach the woman who had delivered the barrel and made the original agreement but she is ignoring my phone calls. This company is not trustworthy, especially if you are elderly or handicapped. They will do nothing for you after they have gotten your money.
