Installed doors; replaced bath vanity with new plumbing; installed crown molding, wainscot, ceiling fan, dog door in wall, outdoor security lights, 200 foot x 6 foot cedar fence, chain link fence,; built backyard paver patio with 10x10 pergola in concrete; repaired sprinkler issues; electrical repairs; mounted outdoor flag poles; removed old wrought iron railing on porch. Poured a concrete step off porch. He helped transplant roses/garden plants from deceased uncleâ s home. Moved various items from said items to my home. Removed trash and debris from all projects as needed. Repaired lawn mower. I had other major projects planned as kitchen remodel and landscaping backyard. Sam is an industrious, insightful, and creative worker. He can think outside the box and offer ideas I had not considered. His work ethic is beyond reproach. Heâ s not satisfied until a project is completed correctly and to our both satisfaction. For a long while he had a key to my home so he could work around the hours of his full time job and not need me to wait. I have complete confidence in his character and integrity never taking advantage financially or any other means. Heâ s pleasant in personality and a kind person. Sam never failed to complete any task asked of him. I felt his quality of work was of the highest standard. His demeanor always respectful, mannerly and with enthusiasm. "Working with Rush security has been highly disappointing and mediocre at best. We had multiple missed appointments with their technician until I put my foot down and said I'd cancel service if they did not show up. He started to show up after that, but just for a couple days and in my opinion still did subpar work. At first, the alarm system would not register away, only "stay". Then the doorbell camera was constantly ringing even when no one was there. The motion detector also does not work. Next, we paid $400 for equipment and a $75 monthly monitoring. I wish I would just gone with Ring because they are cheaper but I wanted to support local. When we asked to cancel we were told we'd have to pay a 1400 cancellation fee to recoup the loss of having an electrician come out and for the 'low' $75 monitoring and to buyout the contract. Initially, we were told they offered no contract service, which was the only reason we went with them. I did the math and that 1400 fee would total out to about 1.5 years of subpar service. No thanks. We took the loss but you do not have to, go with someone else or just install your own alarm"
