"Company refuses to quote hourly rate. Had them install a new furnace 2 years ago. At that time I also had them install an A coil for future ac unit. Needed to save $ for the other half of system. Finally got a break and purchased the rest of the parts myself and installed all I could. Called and asked for a quote to simply connect piping and charge system. Usually only a 3-4 hour job. They came back and said they wouldn't make any money by just going around installing customers products. Then they said it would be roughly $2000! For a simple connect evacuation and system charge!!! This company has no interest what so ever in working with the customer. Even one that has done business with them before. Be very cautious about dealing with these people. Shop around other places. UPSATE Within 3 hours of leaving this very honest and to the point review I was contacted by the company. The gentleman that called ask me to remove my review from Yelp saying it was unfair and all wrong. I asked him specifically about the $2,000 quote and he said he was unable to give me any better quote without looking at the job. Now I understand that giving an estimate over the phone can be difficult at times. I have run my own company before but he did not offer give me a rough hourly rate. I did ask him if his employees were paid hourly and his response was no they are all salary. At the end of our conversation he again asked me to remove my negative review and I told him I would not. Everything in it has been honest and true. His response was then have a nice day and I will contact Yelp directly and ask them to remove my review. Wanting to everyone! A company that tries to manipulate and unbiased site by removing negative comments should be avoided at all costs."

He also gave me a very fair price to repair it — about a third of what the other contractors quoted. A good chunk money, but a much better option right now. Comparing what the three contractors told me, I’m confident that Justin had it all coveted. He then allowed me to video him, explaining what he did and what I should expect and look out for. He also sold me on their annual maintenance plan, which is a bargain because it includes evaporative cooler startup and shut down."
