+ 0 more4 weeks missed picking up trash and didn't care. Took a our personal trash can and threw it in their truck because the driver didn't like the size, Delivered a roll off dumpster early when they were specifically told no because someone needed to be there to direct the positioning of the door and now it's in a bad unsafe position to be filled. All around unacceptable bad service. Gave plenty of chances and they failed each time.

+ -1 moreGreat service! We have used Mountain View for over a year for both recycling and trash collection. We switched from our previous company because the old company charged extra for recycling. Mountain View provides one large trash can and one large recycling can for free to new customers. Great company!
Description of Work: Collects our garbage weekly and recycling every other week. No charge for recycling. Price is for three months of service.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They delivered and picked up when they said they would. The only glitch was on the third or fourth rental when we received a call from them notifying us that they had to pick up their dumpster the next day, when we were not previously told that we had a time limit. After explaining this they let us keep it another week.
Description of Work: We rented a 30 yard roll off dumpster from Mountain View Waste during a major remodel of our home.
