 + -1 moreI am so thankful Michael helped me. He is an amazingly skilled professional with a Master's degree in Engineering, but even though he was overqualified for my job, he spent hours evaluating, untangling, and organizing a complicated, disorganized, and outdated system. When he finished, all of the unnecessary cables and wires had been neatly secured and put in a box which he took with him to responsibly donate or recycle. He fixed the sound system so I can now listen to the radio or my music throughout my home with a simplified touch of a remote. Michael's business card reflects his level of expertise and his versatility: Computer Repair, Cyber Security, IT Services, and Networking. If you need any technical assistance, small or complex, I would highly recommend MIchael. He is honest, fair, patient, and loves to help others because he loves what he does! Today I just read 18 reviews of Michael from people who have hired him from within the community where he lives and works. They were all glowing 5 star reviews; one person stating he gave him 10 stars. You will not be disappointed if you hire Michael!
Description of Work: When I moved into my townhouse, I inherited an unwanted outdated rear projection TV within a wall unit which also contained many electrical components for the TV and for a sound system throughout my home. I had the TV removed, but I was left with a tangled complex mess of cables and wires which had been hidden behind the TV and wall unit. I wanted to keep the home sound system, but it was impossible for me to decipher which connections I needed to retain for the sound system, and which cables and wires were no longer needed. My best friend recommended Michael Menozzi of Menozzi IT Solutions. I called Michael, explained what I needed, and he came to help.
