Short of it is I told him it was a clogged kitchen drain when we set up the appointment. He told me on phone it would be 2 hour job. He arrived right on time. Turned out he didn't have the right equipment for older house copper piping so was only able to clean distance of plastic pipe. Believe he should have asked me age of home before accepting the job. While here he told me there were plumbers that specialized in drain cleaning. Believe he should have suggested this to me before taking the job. He wasn't sure he got it completely unplugged but did get water running through. When I asked him to look at dripping bathroom faucet, he looked at his watch and told me I needed to buy a new faucet assembly because it would cost him more to buy repair kit than new faucet would cost. It cost me $140 to get my kitchen drain MAYBE completely unplugged and my bathroom faucet is still dripping..

Jeromy was friendly and professional on both occasions. He told me what he planned on doing got my consent and did it. His price was reasonable to me and he gave me a 10% discount being that I'm a Veteran. I recommended Krome on Angie's list.

Jeremy is the "Man"! I had a water leak from a pipe underneath my home. I called he told me when he would be able to perform the work. He was on time. He informed me what all was involved and gave me a price. The work was done in a professional manner and his attitude was second to none This was the second time I had this young man to perform work in my home. He installed my sink and a garbage disposal the first time. I would highly recommend this young man and his service.

Jeromy showed up when he promised, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it to our satisfaction despite having 4 little dogs help his every move. Nice guy, very friendly and informative. We will definitely call him for all our plumbing needs.

Jeromy is simply the best, and I've worked with lots of plumbers. He's always on time, calls ahead to let you know he's coming, and made a point of answering all of my questions, as well as discussing options of how I could get things done. I had a really bad smell coming from my drains, and he showed me how I could fix it on my own. I'm a senior and he has a really great senior price schedule and was able to work with me as far as costs go.

The jobs have gone very well. I have been impressed from the beginning with Jeromy's willingness to discuss options and his honesty in advising me when a particular job would be better handled by someone else and why. He has always been responsive and communicates well in keeping me informed of his status on projects. I recommend him.

They did an excellent work for a good price. The work looks good. They were the best. I would use them in the future.
