Sold me a quality alarm system. Installation was professional and timely. The whole experience went smoothly and I am to call them directly if I ever need assistance. The system itself is under warranty and they will service it throughout the agreement. I feel like they did a great job overall and have referred them to a lot of my friends and family

The sales Representative from Bex Security Systems was very polite, respectful and attentive. When introducing himself, he had a great smile as well as a reassuring personality towards his product. I felt comfortable while speaking with him, not just about the security systems themselves but the needs of our family. The representive showed awareness to our whole home but more particularly our children's rooms which was a major concern of ours. When discussing product he addressed all questions and concerns and didn't just make us feel like a sale but someone who genuinely took the safety of our family seriously. Our Bex representive also made sure to properly go over options and equipment and discussed anything that we were interested in upgrading. If the representive was unsure whether our home would be compatible with a product he took the time to research the option right there with us.
