The guy did not listen for what asked and ended having to undo what they did. Sometimes it?s better to do it yourself.

They were very prompt, great communication, a would have appreciated a little more attention to detail because clean up was a little sloppy (overall was very good), but would definitely recommend.

The schedule was set for the morning of July 25th again 9:00 A.M. They were a couple of hours late. The installer measured the area for material for the 1st time and said he would return. I waited until 5:00 P.M. to call and ask if the installer was going to show up. They told me he hurt his hand and wasnâ t coming. They told me they would send two men the next day. Again, I waited from 9:00 A.M for them to show up. Only one person showed up before noon. He didnâ t have a ladder with him to reach the higher wall. I had to borrow one from my neighbor. I didnâ t have time to watch him, because I had a doctorâ s appointment at 2:00 P.M and had t leave by one oâ clock. When I returned the walls were still wet. He put tape and mud in the seams, they did not put on a finish coat. I called them up and complained about the work. There answer was sending pictures. Their office is only 10 minutes away. They should have sent someone out to look at the shoddy work. They charged my credit card on 31 July 2023 for the full amount of the quote, not the actual word performed. Quotes are not contracts and they were only entitled to the work completed. They also hid trash on the upper platform. Pictures are enclosed to show the shoddy work. Please do not pay them until they complete the work or I can settle with them and get someone else to complete the work. In the meantime, my garage is unusable because of all the stuff laying on the floor and cannot be stored. Patch boys did not measure to verify my estimated area of work. Customer service was a little off getting the right person out there. They were about an hour late, but once they got there, very professional.

Under bid by quite a bit and resulted in the contractor they hired to not really want to do the work for the money. I also think they underpaid the contractor and took much more money for being just a middle man.

Best price, Good communication and fast with quote. Finished one day but then came back to finish the windows. As tidy as you can be with construction, the bags were easy to dispose of. I would use this company again
