Dont hire them. The technician was given no guidance on the project, the foreman said hed show up in a two hour window and then never did (and ignored my calls), then to top it all off they pulled payment without my authorization before the job was completed. The work may have been completed well, but the whole experience outside of that was a hot mess. This company gives off huge red flags

Quick Overview: overpriced, really poor quality work, sloppy and messy, terrible customer service. They will respond immediately to get the job and then all aspects of professionalism disappear. My experience: I requested a quote from several companies and Patch Boys was first to respond. This was about the only time they were proactive. Had them on the schedule for 7-8am. Well by 9:15am no one is here so I call them (should be other way around) and they say they had an emergency. So, we reschedule. Next day they come out and say the job was much bigger than i explained on the phone - they said it wouldnt look good if they didnt add more mud and tape first. So i agreed they could add more - $400 more. But, they cant do it that day because they need a full day. I cant stay home from work another day so I let them work while I am gone. Around Noon they call and say they are done despite saying they need a full day and thats why are charging me $400 more and couldnt do the work the previous day. But then, I dont see ANY more mud. What did they do for the extra $400? Quick inspect with them - it looks OK but they say when it is painted it will look better. Well now I am painting and they missed at least 10 spots, sprayed directly over new water lines and just made a mess in general. They also forgot their mop so he swept for about 30 seconds and then left. I feel like I wasted $1000 as well as two days of work. Would not recommend.
