I wish I would have used this company for my basement drywall over a year ago. I was skeptical about the picture quote. It ended up working out great. Solid work by Mark. Solid work by Sid on the customer service end. Zero complaints! I have two crazy boys and two crazy dogs. I'll be calling them again for more drywall repairs in the future. For now, my drywall looks like a new home.

Had to request revisit to fix their first attempt to put up intact product.

I hired The Patch Boys based on reviews and pricing, they came in right in the middle of the other quotes I had received. The project took a lot longer than expected because of issues with the crews sent out to do the work. The first crew was in my house for 4 days, the first 2 days were wasted (maybe worked 8 hours total), then they rushed to finish the job in 2 days because I was having new carpet installed the following week. After letting The Patch Boys know how unsatisfied I was with the work, they sent out another guy. But there was a delay because this guy was being pulled from another job. The 2nd guy worked hard to fix the issues but even after he was done (and could not return) I was still not happy with the results and the painting had not been completed. The Patch Boys sent out a 3rd guy, who they subcontracted, to complete what they thought was just painting. I pointed out the issues I still had with the texturing. After he spoke with The Patch Boys, he came in and sanded down and textured areas I felt were still not satisfactory. He informed me that for him to finish the painting part of the job that I would need to purchase 2 more gallons of paint, the first crew had already gone through almost 10 gallons of paint. The Patch Boys did agree to reimburse me for the additional paint needed. He returned the next day and painted. I still have issues with some minor parts of the job but do not want to deal with the issues any longer. I have already been told by the company that they are losing money on the job because it is taking a lot longer than they expected. The other reviews and ratings were great, I do not know what happened.

Patch Boys called promptly and they arrived at our home when they said they would. It was an excellent job and the work area was spotless after the work was finished. We would highly recommend them.

Started off great with Sid and then he sent Uriel and his crew - I would hire them anytime and they did a great job !

Uriel and his team did excellent work. They stayed late to finish the job. Very courteous. The job site was cleaned before they left. Highly recommend Uriel and his team for future work.

Great service, the technician was on time and did a great job. He keep the work area as clean as possible and completed the work very quickly.

The technicians went above and beyond in completing the job. At least the team we had were outstanding. They worked through the weekend so we could get our house back together.

They cleaned up a wall and removed some wall paper, which looks great. The left a mess everywhere though.

After being quoted an insane amount to repair a 2x2ft hole in the ceiling due to a leak, I called Patch Boys. Sid provided a solid quote (75% less than the first company) and his team quickly came out and made the repairs. Although I know exactly where the patch is, I cannot see the difference.. they blended the texture/paint beautifully! Amazing job!

Very kind and easy to deal with overall, but overpriced. They are very customer-focused. Our other quotes were $100-$150 lower, but not as fast or professional, so if you want fast & friendly -- this is a great company to go with. Also may want to specify what needs to be cleaned up afterwards, but otherwise, good/fast service.

Prompt, courteous, extremely capable. Solved some long standing issues & did a great job. Explained all issues clearly & concisely. Would definitely refer to others & call again, if needed.

James did an excellent job repairing our living room ceiling that had water damage from upstairs. Patched it perfectly, then painted the entire ceiling. He was fast, competent and cleaned up and hauled off all the garbage afterward.

Arrived when they said they would and finished within the time estimated. Drywall can make quite a mess but it was cleaned up very nicely.

Great experience all around. From initial conversation, through quote and to completion of the job. Very proactive in their communication and advice, on time and budget. Couldn t ask for better service. Highly recommend Mike, Sid and team!!

Very good experience. We had 12-15 holes in drywall due to a heating project. The estimate was thorough and reasonable, and James, who did the work, was prompt, respectful to our house, and did a great job.
