 + -1 moreI am very pleased with all of the stucco work done by Alex Garcia and the crew at Stucco Done Right. Alex was professional and courteous, provided a free estimate, and even followed up (which seems rare these days). He answered all of my questions and even made recommendations to save me money. He was very accommodating to my tight schedule and was able to complete the work very quickly. His estimate was much less than a competitor. The crew was hard-working and did an absolutely beautiful job. The repairs are seamless and and the color and texture matches perfectly to the existing walls. I would definitely recommend Alex and Stucco Done Right for any stucco repair needs and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Stucco repair for excessive cracking, complete re-coating of deck and patio walls, finished to match existing style and color, sealed perimeter of all doors, windows, and fixtures to prevent moisture penetration.

 + -1 moreThe crew was here on time every morning and worked a full day. They were neat, clean, and professional. They cleaned up the debris each day which was appreciated. They were here for almost a full two weeks. Whenever there was a decision to make we were involved right away. As is the nature of what we were doing there were things that we could not know until the house exterior was opened up. We were never taken advantage of. The honesty of this company is exemplary. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of stucco repair, large or small. I interviewed 8 different companies before I felt comfortable enough with one to hire. I?m glad I took the time.
Description of Work: We had extensive damage due to moisture, caused by improper gutter installation in the original construction of our home. (14 yrs ago) We had to remove all moisture damaged areas to investigate the extent of the damage which had penetrated into the interior of the home to warp the wood flooring. Two sides of the chimney were removed entirely, the stucco, substrate, including the framing structure. The wood was completely rotted underneath! The scaffold was built, and the structure was carefully removed from the top down. All gutters were removed from the wall cladding and reinstalled properly. All flashings were properly installedAll calking around windows and doors was repaired, removed, and or reinstalled. Deck flashings needed to be reinstalled and repaired. Deck columns appeared to have moisture within which needed to be investigated. Perhaps needing to be rebuilt. Not necessary in this case after removing a few pieces to look at. Remove a beam under the deck and replace due to moisture. All had to be re-stuccoed where necessary and matched to the current house color. All flashing had to be re-painted to match the house color.

The call and let me see if I can match this, "no, it's matched perfectly, I'm gonna go back and do it again." They were just absolutely phenomenal. If I had anything to do, I would call them.
Description of Work: I used the services of Stucco Done Right. They did some insurance repair on the stucco on the house.
