Not good. It took a nasty email the store manager to get a response that was reaonable.
Description of Work: I brought a CAL SPA 6 months ago. When theytook it off their truck water poured out of te bottom of the tub. There was not setup done by the installers. They did not even wait for me to get the hose hooked to the facet before they were gone. There was not education about how the spa worked. There was pumbing leak which called about. The first appointment they cancelled, "due to family emergency".They never called to rescheule the appointment. I called back a week later. Played phone tag, again, finally got someone to come out a week later to fix the defect from the manufacture. It took over 3 weeks for them to come out and repair the plumbing which defective from the beginning. Their service tech gave me incorrect information about having to re-set the GFI on th Tub every time the power goes out. You hav to play telephone tag to actaly talk to someone in their servie department. I have had to call the service deartment over 4 times. Theyeventually call bck but you have to anwser their call back to actuallyet tem to answer the phone. I hdto drive 70 miles to teir store to havea clerk call thesame number. They pick upthe phone if the call coms from their employee. Then the service manager complained he was the only one working that is why he did not know I had left messages not once but twice while I was driving to their store.Then he complained about having to drive to my house to fix the defective plumbing which warranty work. I have had call their service lin on 4 different occasions(12-15 phone calls) in 6 months. I have never gotten person to pickup the phone on any time I call them. If you are an employee calling they pick up the phone, but if you are a customer calling you will only get a person on the phone if you pick up their call.

They have been excellent. They always have good deals, and I get 20 percent off on the product since I got my hot tub from them. It is really a good store. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful, and I have never had any problems from them. They are a little high on pricing, but it is good quality stuff. It is an excellent service.
