Very efficient, friendly, explained the entire process and inspected the entire garage door, rollers, tracks. Made sure the door was in balance, he explained that if the door is out of balance it can add wear to the motor. Could we have replaced it ourselves, probably, BUT we wouldn't have noticed the other issues. Great job. Thank you
