My mom’s garage door stopped working during the cold snap. Submitted a Home Advisor request and Shaun called and texted almost immediately. Before coming out he gave me some different likely scenarios. Fixed her door the very next morning. Friendly, very responsive guy.

Shaun is friendly, fair and finished the work in the timeframe stated. The initial quote was a bit high for me and he suggested a different product more in my price range, which was appreciated. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with.

The work and the technician were good. I was quoted a price which I accepted. When it was time to pay, a 8.5 percent tax was added to the bill. I live in a rural area where state and county taxes are 4.9 percent. The materials for the job should have cost between 40 and 60 dollars with 4.9 percent tax on those materials, with no tax on labor. The problem is, I was taxed 8.5 percent on $330.00. Tax on labor? 8.5 percent in a rural area?

Shaun is awesome. Its refreshing that even during these difficult times that you can deal with someone that is honest, sticks to his word, and does a great job. He went out of his way to fix more then we discussed and didn't try to charge me more. I would recommend 200% and even though I have home warranty would definitely be doing business with him again.
