Absolutely the worst contractor I've ever worked with. I have spent over $120k and top to bottom home renovation over last two years for everything imaginable and this firm was the worst. Scope was new tile vanity and painting they they nickel and dimed me along the way with the project and did crappy work, much of it I had to redo. Run for the hills with this operation, they stole $8k that they didn't deserve

Jo Ann understands bathroom remodels and had great ideas for moisture control and materials needed for long term results. Top notch electrician and plumber. I have a beautiful bathroom.

Great!! Rock Renovations was successful at lowering the elevation of my 1970’s -style raised living room. This modification made it safer to enter my home at the front door. The team removed the elevated flooring only to discover that there was no subfloor over the crawl space below. A new subfloor was installed & an engineer was consulted about the brick fireplace hearth being removed. After the engineer gave a go-ahead to remove the hearth, the team was able to place Sheetrock over the unused, outdated fireplace. The fireplace was not demolished but only covered up so that in the distant future the fireplace could be uncovered if desired. I am very pleased with the team’s success in the renovation of my living room. I now have a safe entry to my home and also have a blank wall on which to place a rather large and special antique armoire. The owner of Rock Renovations, Joann Weiss, had a talented team that was able to accomplish my renovation goals for a newly purchased home. She was especially successful in recommending a reasonably priced engineer to oversee the decisions re: the old fireplace. She also had a team member who was able to create a black stone tile floor not only in the living room but also the entire upstairs and downstairs rooms. I will not hesitate to employ Rock Renovations again in the future for further work.

Rock Renovations was hired to renovate a petite hall bathroom. One wall was successfully moved to fit a 5’ Victorian claw foot tub into the space. A shower was removed and the bath tub installed. Joann Weiss, the owner of Rock Renovations, was especially helpful in ordering a perfect tub complete with all its parts. Additionally a new toilet and a new pedestal sink and faucets were installed. Most exciting was a beautiful feature wall of white crystal tiles which were perfectly attached to the wall behind the tub. The talented tile setter, Carlos Gomez, did a great job with those tiles & the porcelain floor tiles. The team is composed of skilled and very nice young men who also arrive on time daily and make an effort to clean after themselves. Joann has put together a great team that I have already hired for more renovation. By the way, I love working with Ms. Weiss and her woman owned company. She has a special talent for listening to my requests and getting the result just right.

They provided help to find great price on a great wood laminate. Installation went well and it turned out just beautiful. So glad I had it done and ver pleased with the whole process. I will use Rock Renovations again on my next project. Soon

I used them 3 times for this year. I recommended them to my neighbors. They did variety of works. They were friendly and efficient. I relied on them for many years. I recommend them all the time.

Terrible! A six week job took five months. She told me she had a crew, she had one guy, Jose. Jose occasionally had a helper. They called in sick 18 days out of two months. They did such an awful job that I had to get an attorney involved to get her to fix my house and she had to bring in another contractor. At this point I was told she warranted her work for a year I have cracks in my grout and she’s not returning any of my texts or phone calls so that we can get this fixed. The grout is only three months old. If you do decide to use her I highly recommend you double check her billing practices I caught her over billing me to the tune of $1800! Once the job was proven to not be what I thought I paid for she actually tried to intimidate me by bringing her husband and telling me that it was good enough. The plumbing in the toilet had to be redone because she didn’t pull permits and didn’t do things to code. I wonder how many people she’s actually cheated. If you’re interested I have pictures of how horrible this work was and would be more than happy to share them!

They did a very good job, were very professional, and clean. They did a very good job with the tile work making sure everything was perfect. They even put in some drywall in the back so it was all nice and straight. I would higly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Its been great. They were fantastic. The communication was good. I've been recommending them to my friends who needed renovation.

It was great. Both times that we worked with Joann were great. Great person to work with and the price was reasonable. The workers explained what's going on and good people to work with.

The service was fine but Lowe's cause a problem by delivering the granite late. I pick out all the materials and they suggested the places to go, also they installed it, very professional, perfect work and I will recommend them to others.
