RM Lawn Sprinklers

We have been happily using Randy since we bought our home 16 years ago. This year we requested his services and set appointment. On the day of service we attempted to contact him to confirm the appointment window. On that day Randy later returned our phone call angrily. He denied our previous confirmed appointment time. He said he would have agreed to the appointment window only if he was "drunk". He noted how angry it made him when customers contacted him about appointments and denied he agreed to a set appointment window. He angrily noted he was "sick" of the business. Upon arrival he continued to argue he'd set up an appointment window. We wanted the work completed correctly, therefore we avoided any negative exchanges. Upon completion of the service we noted his unprofessional attitude. At that time Randy acted like he didn't care. Unfortunately, we will never use Randy again. Hopefully, he was just having a bad day and didn't treat other customers as disrespectful as he did us!

I phoned Randy after noticing that our sprinkler system no longer worked and I could not located the source of the problem. We'd had repairs performed on our home and it appeared that a worker accidently spliced through a wire in the system. Randy arrived right on time and wasted no time getting to work to determine the cause of the outage. Our problem was a little outside his normal scope, but he figured out how to get the system back into working condition in minimal time and at minimal cost. It had been awhile since we'd used Randy's services because he teaches customers how to replace heads, etc. so that you can do the work yourself, but we needed help on this one and he proved how valuable he is to us. I would definitely recommend him!
