Richlynn Construction and Remodeling

I hire Rich to finish my basement as I wanted to turn it into my art studio. I still cannot believe that Rich and his team finished my basement within a month! It is a perfect art studio with the full bathroom and a lot of storage spaces. Everything looks amazing and professional. I highly recommend Richlynn Construction to anyone who are looking for knowledgeable company for their home projects!

Richlynn Construction did a great job with finishing our basement. They were on time and on budget. I compared many general contractors and Richlynn was the same price but I really liked how they handled materials and their contract. Very responsive. Rich is knowledgeable about construction with little details like door knobs, corners, and light switches. Our basement is exactly how we wanted it and we changed our minds many times. He never charged a change order fee. Only the cost of the work and materials. He also uses a great designer so we saw what our basement would look like and the permit/inspections were painless.

Richlynn is a professional. The work is done in a timely manner. The work was always double checked for complete and quality work done on every level. Framing, drywall. Insulation, electric, plumbing, venting and more.

I used Richlynn Construction for my basement and bathroom remodel in May 2020. (Three months later, I am finally getting around to writing a review). I was nervous about having people in my house during a pandemic, but we all wore masks and all stayed healthy. I had an excellent experience and recommend them to others. Rich checked on the progress and communicated the plan, kept the project on time, and coordinated everyones schedule. Jose and Rubin are highly skilled and extremely hard working. They showed up early every day they worked. We had a few hick-ups but were able to work through them. For example, the Kohler shower unit was significantly delayed and I ended up canceling it. Instead, Jose and Rubin installed tile in the shower, which I am extremely pleased with. They also did beautiful work installing vinyl plank flooring throughout the basement. While there was a lot of construction dust, they tried to contain it from the rest of the house using plastic sheeting. The pricing was fair and receipts were given to show material costs.

I was very fortunate that they could work around my schedule I work a lot of hours and they came in on the weekends got all the work done fast and they were very professional they cleaned up after their selves I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again on other projects that I have I highly recommend this company

My master bath turned out absolutely perfect! Rich and his employees, Jose and Reuben were professional, innovative, and said "yes" to everything I asked for even when they had to change something. Worth every penny!

Always on time worked until done

They did an outstanding job. I plan on hiring them again in a few weeks to studding out the other half of my basement, along with doing the drywall work after I put in the electrical and plumbing.

RichLynn did an amazing job on our loft wall and added beautiful french doors into the room. They also replaced our ugly tile on the fireplace and kitchen backsplash with ledger stone and it looks so updated and amazing! The workmanship is excellent. Rich kept in contact with us daily and stayed on top of getting the projects done quickly. We are so happy with the results!
