Rich laid appox 1800 sq ft of engineered wood in my home. The project took about 3.5 weeks and included replacement of some door trim and all baseboards. At beginning of project I asked that all new flooring be protected as it went down. Not only was the floor not covered but large wood saws, tools, paint spray machine and more put to use on the newly installed flooring WITHOUT PROTECTION. Sawdust was ground into the floors? wood grain and between slats, spray paint on floor and more. Repairs not completely painted, soda cans, cups and trash all over the home. As with other reviewers Ruch would not commit to a completion time and rarely communicated. Rich refused to make good on the issues. As the job progressed I would bring the issues to his attention and he assured me it would be cleaned/fixed. Receipts for materials were not legible and he issued three invoice copies in one day. He is a poor businessman and very unprofessional.

Rich and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional my work was started and completed in a very timely manner all questions were answered and follow up after completion. I will recommend his company to everyone I know. Great customer service.

Great experience working with RichLynn Construction. Rich was very good at communicating through the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. We were on a time crunch to get our basement finished and all work was completed on or ahead of schedule. Overall very satisfied with Rich and his team.

The economy is so good all contractors are very busy. My project had delays due to bouncing back and forth between their jobs. In the end, the contractor would not give me a completion date. I told them they were finished and get out of my house. I would say they are an average contractor and that is why I rated them average.

We did several projects through Richlynn and they were both great work, what we wanted and a good price. We were informed during the entire process and would recommend them to anyone.

Drywall guys needed to clean up better

Rich was great to work in addition to being very personable. He took care of all, hiring qualified subs from demo, drywall, insulation installer, paint, clean up, etc. Job was completed in estimated time frame. Quick response to all questions. Would definitely utilized Richlynn again & highly recommend!

They finished a basement storeroom and and a single car garage. They were great working around my schedule and keeping me advised of any issues. Only downside would be that they do not take credit cards.

I have finally found a contractor I can refer to friends and family without any reservation. Rich is super responsive, motivated, skilled, and trustworthy. The whole flooring project including the estimate was done in less than a week and the floor looks great. He is now my go-to contractor for all my construction projects.
