Quality Landscape and Design

We had Jeff, owner of Quality Landscape and Design, prep our backyard for seed, add some sprinkler zones, and install a new backflow and new valves in July 2018. Big mistake! We had a number of smaller issues that left us dissatisfied from the start (for example, we had our utility lines marked and within minutes of arriving Jeff had destroyed our cable/internet line. He never bothered to tell us this, and since my husband works from home he lost much work time). However, it only got worse from there... When we ran through our sprinkler zones after Jeff left, not all the zones worked and we found some significant leaks that my husband had to dig up. Turned out that, despite my husband warning Jeff that we had existing sprinkler lines going around the back of our house, Jeff had trenched right through two lines we still needed. He begrudgingly came back and fixed these the following week. But then our experience got worse... In September, two months after "Quality" had installed our new backflow and valves, we woke up in the middle of the night to find our basement was flooding. Jeff had done a poor job sealing PVC pipes and water was spewing out, overflowing into our basement window well and subsequently into our finished basement. Upon fixing that leak, we found additional leaks in the valves Jeff had installed. We reached out to Jeff by phone, text, email, and even the Better Business Bureau, and never received any response. We fixed the leaks and flooded basement, at a cost of substantial time and money. All in all, in our experience, Quality Landscape and Design does not do quality work and they don't stand by their work. Avoid!!!
