+ -1 moreHorrible - the machine wuld run once or twice then die. They did come to pick up multiple times (decent service), but ended up getting charged ~$1000 over 2 year period for "repairs" that never fixed a starting issue.

+ -1 morePotestio came back and said I needed a $1500 "safety repair" which was totally bogus. I got a second opinion from another authorized Honda dealer and they said it was totally unnecessary. Potestio was trying to scam me, pure and simple. Their prices are way too high, they act like they're doing you a favor just answering your call, and they are simply dishonest. Stay away from these scammers.
Description of Work: I needed a simple tune up to a 6-year old Honda two-stage snow thrower, which I paid $1800 for at the time of purchase.

+ 0 moreThe employee was extremely rude and when he found out that I went to his manager he then became confrontational.
Description of Work: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been a patron of their store for years and after todays experience I will never return. The rep behind the U-Haul counter was a rude piece of work. I would have given 0 stars if it was even an option!
