Pinson Plumbing did an excellent job. Frank was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to schedule my job within a week. He and his son arrived on time and prepared with all the materials. They worked hard and finished the job in the estimated time. Frank found some problems with how the previous pressure tank was installed and he fixed those as well so I have peace of mind about the plumbing now. He explained how the new tank and piping works and how to change the filter. They cleaned up after themselves. His charges were very reasonable and it is such a load off my mind to have found a dependable, honest, skilled plumber to work with.

The service man assured us thathe plumbing of the gas line would be an uncomplicated job. He suggested that we have the gas stove available for installation before completing the plumbing to make certain that all the fittings were compatible. We will contact him when we are prepared for this installation to proceed.

The original rough in plumbing was not installed correctly. Frank handled the situation professionally and helped us to redesign the basement layout so we could install the bathroom to code. He did the extra labor and only charged us for the additional materials. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted it and was always very polite, helpful and cleaned up after. I couldn't be happier.
