+ -1 moreI've paid Owens for their good design work. In the end I could not feel comfortable using them on the installation due to unusually high pricing and lack of transparency.
Description of Work: I've used Owens Landscaping for landscape design for my personal residence and then for a small project for our HOA. I really like Mike Owen's design capabilities. He's got a good eye for organization and layout and plat materials. I've not been able to use him for installation because his pricing seems very high given the quantity of materials. He's also unwilling to provide any transparency to his bid proposals, making me feel uncomfortable with what I'm getting.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HARD WORKERS. THEY PLACED A WARRANTY ON ALL THEIR WORK AND WHEN A FEW TREES DID NOT MAKE IT, THEY REPLACED THEM IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND AT NOT COST TO US.
Description of Work: DESIGNED AND INSTALLED LANDSCAPING FOR OUR CUSTOM BUILT HOME. THIS INCLUDED ALL DRY LAND AREA AND THE AREA CLOSE TO OUR HOME. ALSO DID THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND DID A WATER FEATURE.
