Rude and condescending - other than asking for his check he hardly interacted with us - Chris does what is best for him, not the consumer. Who installs a 4x7 piece of 3/8 inch glass and it wobbles side to side and he says its fine, wait for the caulking to dry. And to make it safe, he even charged us for the additional piece. RIPOFF. If you enjoy spending $ for a quality job and getting hosed and treated like an idiot hire Optimum Glass.

Timely, did not up sell me on a solution I didn't need, created a special receipt that I needed for the sale of my home, tidy and friendly.

Chris replaced two shattered double pane windows. He responded to our request rally fast and measured the windows. Fabrication took quite a while but as soon as the windows were ready, he came and installed them making sure to clean up all the shards. I would definitely recommend Optimum and use their services in the future. Thank you

Chris was easy to work with, he called me ahead of time once for a change in appointment due to weather and he ordered the required window replacement and brought it along and replaced it in no time. The delivery did take a week to get to but was well worth the wait and we have no issues with the new glass replacement. Highly recommended!

Great job at a fair price! Replaced glass in a sliding glass door for us. Responded quickly and had good communication throughout the measuring, quoting, and installation process. Did a great job and I would definitely hire again.

Chris contacted me quickly was on time and got the large mirror free from the wall and our of the house in record. Have already passed his name on to a friend that needs help with a patio door..... well I’m done.

Chris was very polite and responsive. He had the best price for the number of window panes that I needed replaced. The whole process was very smooth and he was easy to work with. He was able to complete the installation of 13 window panes for my wood framed windows in one day...really thought it would take him two. Very pleased with the end product!

Chris promptly responded to my initial inquiry, and immediately arrived to measure and provide a quote. It took a couple of days longer than predicted to receive the mirror, but the wait was worthwhile. The mirror quality is beautiful, and the installation was very professional. This contractor actually met me at the site to do an estimate and talk with me about the job requirements. It was very helpful as I had never replaced just the panes of a window before.

Very neat and clean, hauled away the old windows and washed the new window pieces. Very flexible with my schedule. I will use Optimum again!
