Mike was very professional and responsive both in person and on the phone. Installers were also professional and were able to fix a minor issue on site that same day.

My bike frame cracked while riding to work on Wednesday. I sent out emails for a handful of local welders from a Google search. MK responded within 30 minutes and provided a price estimate. I didn't hear from the other welders until the next day or some have not responded yet. My car broke down last week and I am in the process of buying a new one so my bike transportation is vital at the moment. Anyway - I brought the bike to MK on Thursday around noon. I received a phone call and email at 3:30 pm that my bike was done and I could pick it up. I picked the bike up - actually rode it home from their shop. The quality of the weld on my chainstay tube was excellent! I also rode the bike 24 miles to work Friday and the bike worked like it always has. Great experience. Fast service. Fair price/value. We were very pleased with Mike's work. He was always prompt and the project was completed as scheduled. We contacted 4 companies for this project. Two companies came out to look at the patio, measured, and discussed options but never called back with a bid. We had one other company we liked but Mike impressed us with his patience and ability to create a unique, quality railing. Also his price was lower than the other company. He built the rail out of solid steel and did a beautiful, chocolate brown powder coat. He added a plant hook at one end which looks exactly like the picture I drew.
