Description of Work: In the early part of February 2013 I had Mike install gas lines for a dryer and a range. He had to snake the gas line through a canned light in a finished ceiling in the basement. He really did an incredible job. You cannot tell where he installed the lines. I then had him install an over the island exhaust fan where there was none before. Again, he did an incredible job. I recently had him do some painting and again an excellent job. I initially had Mike do a gas line install in my previous home (approx. date 2008). Then I had him take out a sliding glass door and replace it with a single french door with two sidelights (approx date 2010). After that job I had him take out an 8 foot window in my bedroom and install a single french door with two sidelights. I had him build a pergola onto the house for the french door in my bedroom (approx date 2011). Again, all jobs were excellent. In the near future I plan on having him create an egress window in one side of my basement. The approximate cost for this job will be in the neighborhood of $2500 which will include labor and materials. Please don't hesitate to call me if you need further references.
