We hired Matt from KPG to GC our basement finish. He had good contractors from frame, sheetrock , to plumber to paint. I'm a contractor myself and know the challenges of projects. I won't say nothing went wrong, but when I needed a response or something to get revisitedand further discussed, Matt was on it immediately to resolve. We greatly appreciated the follow up and continual communication with next steps and any of the project details.

Our project was a new basement from rough... we chose Matt at KR Electric for the job.. from the start he was dependable & did quality work... however our mistake... paid him in full on his word to come back for inspection final & to finish installing fixtures that he did not have time to finish that day.... Result... never showed on inspection day & never came to finish the job... after a few conversations & many unanswered messages.. we went ahead & hired another electrician to finish the job that we had already paid for just to finish our project.. called him a few months ago & now again for a few warranty issues.. & unfortunately for us... it's our problem... customer service was very lacking, almost to the point of non existent.
