Everything went fine with the estimate. They tried to up sale me on repaving an entire parking lot and it didn’t need it. In the end I decided to go with someone else.

The experience turned out very good with this company. The overall quality of work was good. The crew was very professional and friendly. They were very good about cleaning everything up. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use again.

Everything was fine. Aside from the windows, they gave us advice about water seeping into our foundation.

When they came out they seemed nice enough. They said he would get back to us in a week. That didn't happen. We contacted him via phone and e-mail about 3 to 5 times with no response.

It went really well. They are really organized. His claim is that he can be an effective liaison between you and the insurance company. He proved that to be true. Our insurance was difficult to deal with. He was helpful in getting thins worked out with them. He was reliable. they did what they said they would do. They Stood behind their work.

He listened carefully to my description of the service needed and asked detailed questions to be sure he understood the repair correctly. He helped me determine the job was more cosmetic or preventative, and I felt I learned something in the process. As someone with no construction experience, I just don't know what repairs are a big deal or a small deal, and I got off the phone knowing more than I did before. He determined that my job was too small for his company, but he provided a referral for someone who could do the work. So I was very pleased with the contact. I tend to prefer companies that can figure out as much as possible over the phone (without always having to do an on-site estimate), and Keller Assoc was extremely helpful. I will keep them in mind for any bigger jobs in the future.

We've been very happy. It's taking a little while to get started, but he's had our best interest in mind. We haven't signed anything to start the work, but so far he's treated us well. We're very happy so far, he's kept in contact with us and kept us abreast of what's going on. I found him on Angie's List, I was so happy I joined. He was rated at the top of the list and he was here within a few days. He's worked with us with what we have to spend and he's worked real hard to stay within our budget. My windows are on a wood pulley and he's going to put it back to where it was, but with modern windows. We have even more work planned for next summer.

No services performed. Kris Kellar responded within a day in mid-June to provide suggestions and to establish an estimate for minor stucco repair, artificial stone repairs/masonry and deck repair maintenance and painting. Stated he would respond in a couple of days with estimate. No contact or estimate ever provided. Called him twice, sent e-mail... NO RESPONSE what-so-ever. I believe he did not have courtesy to say he wasn't interested in doing work.

During the initial home inspection, the inspector pointed out that the lolly post in the crawl space needed to be replaced with a monopost and that the shims were too high and needed to be replaced with solid metal blocks. I hired Kellar for the job. They came in on time and made the necessary repairs. They did miss one of the shims at the other end of the beam. When I called them about that, they promptly came back and took care of it. I would definitely hire them again.

I'd say things went quite well in getting it all done so fast. There were only slight delays but non that made the job late. The lead concrete worker, Luiz was on it from the get go and had the rise on the driveway made in to a gradual curve and not a hump in the middle which I like. He said as far as size of job, it was about 4 times the average driveway. I asked Kris if they could widen it from the original and he worked with my landscape to make it happen. There was a negative aspect as I had wanted a small retaining wall added to keep dirt off the drive and divert the drain water from my neighbor down the driveway. But there were changes and it wasn't put in. This change was not discussed with me but just left out. The other drive had some cracks close to where the water comes from the neighbors house and I kind of figured it was from the extra water getting under the driveway. Well, time will tell. Kind of scary. But both Kris and Luiz didn't think it would be a problem. Then the smallest problem was a damaged external outlet in the removal of the old driveway. Kris was going to fix it but after a few days of waiting I went and replaced the outlet and weather cover.

It was a good experience Kris provided a schedule with his estimate and guaranteed his price to us upfront. The price was easy to read so that we understood exactly what we were being charged for vs the other estimates were just one price so we didn't know exactly what the price included.They ended up hitting expansive soil underneath the addition in the back that they took care of as part of their price without any interuption to the schedule. They ended up completing the work two days earlier than they told us and we didn't get charged one additional dollar even though the project hit a couple of unforseen snags.
