I had Jerod come out when my AC unit stopped working. He was fast, helpful, professional and couldn’t have been any nicer. He was very reasonable with his fee. He’s earned himself a customer for life and if you’re looking for an honest HVAC guy, I can’t recommend Jerod and JSR enough!

Jerod did an inspection on the furnace and found that the unit was never setup for high altitude. He adjusted the unit and found items that were missed on the preventative maintenance service that the previous company had completed the week before. Jerod found the source of a coolant leak in the air conditioner but was unable to test since the exterior temperature wasn't high enough. As it turns out, my systems can be certifiable and should not have been suggested to be replaced by the previous service provider. Jerod is very knowledgeable in the HVAC field and is very professional. I will definitely contact JSR Mechanical Services in the future.

Jerod is great to work with and he will do everything he can to work with your schedule and your limited budget. He is very professional and I have never received a complaint about him/his company from any of my tenants.

Jerod was very professional and punctual. When he knew he was going to be late for one of our appointments he called well before he was supposed to be here and informed us of the delay and gave a new time and arrived before his new time. When he was installing our garage heater it was pouring rain and he had to run the exhaust pipe outside, I told him he could finish it at a later date but he said he would rather complete the job. We are very satisfied with JSR and will look no where else for HVAC work.
