I called this company for a quote for two windows and installation. I never received a call back. Guess they did not want my business. Go somewhere else that wants your business.

We needed to replace 3 windows on the back of our home due to hail damage last year. In addition we decided to also replace 3 more at the same time because they were drafty. Gary Rybowiak of Installation Specialists was recommended to us by a neighbor who just built a custom home. Gary came out to review, take measurements, talk about options, and then soon after emailed us the quote. We had him order up the windows and made the deposit. Gary let us know ahead of time what to expect for order time, and scheduling. Once the windows were in, he contacted us to setup an installation time. Gary and his team spent most of a day at our house doing the installation. I was fully expecting to have to do some drywall repair and painting on the inside when the job was complete. When they were done, the drywall and caulking on the inside was so good you would never even know it was done. Fantastic work! On the exterior, they replaced all window trim with new materials, and did an excellent and clean job of caulking all joints around the window. Gary told us ahead of time during the quote process that we would need to line up a painter to repaint the trim, but they would come with a basic primer. I added an extra coat of primer, and then painted them myself over a weekend. While painting the trim, I was also doing careful inspection of all cauking and trim. I'd give this company an A+ rating if it was available. Great work. I will be using them again when replacing other windows in the house as soon as I'm ready to take on the next project. Highly recommend to anyone needing window replacement!

Excellent job. Did a great job, the work was all done on time and very professionally. Didn't leave a mess or any trash laying around. We had one defective window and Gary took care of it ASAP. On our windows the price was 1/2 of all the other bids we had, without sacrificing quality. The windows are Crestline, low E, argone gas and double pane glass. Several of our friends have had the Crestline windows for several years and love them! They also used Installation Specialists. Everything Gary did for us was great. The doors were the same experience also.

WHEN THE GENTLEMAN THAT OWNED THE COMPANY CAME OUT HE WAS NOT ONLY EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, BUT VERY FRIENDLY. HE NOTICE THAT WHAT WE HAD DID NEED SOME SPECIAL CARE AND HANDLED IT AS IF IT WAS HIS OWN. THE WORK WAS NOT ONLY DONE CORRECTLY BUT VERY PROMTLY AND THEY EVEN CALLED A WEEK LATER TO SEE IF WE WERE STILL PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

WHEN THE OWNER HIMSELF SHOWED UP AT OUR DOOR VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING HE WAS ON TIME AND EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. THE WORK HE DID WAS VERY QUICK AND CLEAN. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS WINDOW SINCE IT WAS PUT IN AND WHEN WE CAN WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEM REPLACE ALL THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOME.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY GARY DID ALL THE WORK HIMSELF. HE WAS PROMPT IN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS ON TIME FOR IT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT THE MESS TO A MINIMUM. HE WAS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE.
