We Guarantee our Lawn Aeration is the Best, if you don't think so, we will come back and Aerate your lawn again for FREE. Our Aerators are the larger Lawnaire28 Aerators, which produces 3 times the soil plugs than the roller type aerators. The average lawn in this Highlands Ranch is under 5,000 sq. feet. and will be $50.00 for our Guaranteed Best Lawn Aeration. Yes it;s about $10.00 more than others, but just wait and see what three times the plugs do for your lawn. Second, you must ADD Rich-Lawn's Organic Based Fertilizer to help build your lawn's soil and give your lawn all the micro nutrients grass needs, that most chemical fertilizer's don't have. The finial SECRET to having the best lawn on the block is REVIVE. Revive is the secret to having a great looking lawn with deep roots, good water penetration in our hard clay soils. We only use the granular type of REVIVE, because the liquid Revive product is sprayed on to organic compost from Rich-lawn. You can never have too much organic matter and nutrients to build your lawn's soil. All three services are $150.00. Ask about our 5 applications of Rich-Lawn's Organic Base Fertilizing, scheduled though out the entire season. Don't forget to add-in a few REVIVES Soil Treatments Too. I personally add REVIVE with Rich-Lawn Fertilizer all summer to keep my lawn looking great, and needing less water.

The healthier you keep your lawn, the thicker it will become and that prevents most of the weeds. Our customer's are fine with pulling a weed or 2, and NOT worrying about toxic chemicals affecting their kids and pets.

There was mix up with scheduling with an aeration. They showed up when we didn't hire them and then I was cursed at when I insisted that I didn't hire them. The gentleman who fixes sprinklers does a good job and is pleasant to work with, unfortunately, the aerator sours the whole company.

We are sorry to lose a repeat customer like [Member name removed] over a scheduling mix up. [Member name removed] has been a repeat customer since we first aerated his lawn in September of 2012. We have done sprinkler repair and again aerated his lawn in October of 2014 and again in the spring of 2015 along with Rich Lawn's Fertilizing and REVIVE soil treatment. Our records show that an aeration was scheduled in September of 2015, but human error can happen and we are sorry for the inconvenience and the way the aeration crew member behaved.

I laughed at the estimate. And to come to my home they wanted three more residents besides the two I had given them. Angies list is o for two. disappointing!
Description of Work: The estimate was 75.00 for 600 sq. ft. 15 min travel time 10 min. work for my yard. 75.00 for my neighbor.

Highlands Ranch Aeration focuses on Highlands Ranch and Centennial areas, and our Guaranteed Best Lawn Aeration price for 2013 and 2014 is $50.00 for up to 5,000 sq.ft. Outside of Highlands Ranch and Centennial we have a higher minimal charge of $75.00 per lawn aeration.during the lawn aeration season. If a customer wants a lawn aeration outside of our area and after our scheduled aeration season, we require more than 1 or 2 lawn aeration's to cover the costs of setting up the truck, trailer and drive time to and from. We did not intend to offend anyone, but we only have a few selected days to serve our Castle Rock and Castle Pine customers each year.

Over the winter, a underground sprinkler pipe cracked. Jeffrey was prompt on getting out here and assessing the damage. The previous owner had jimmy-rigged some type of piping network that wasn't conducive to underground sprinklers. Jeffrey not only fixed the cracked pipe but also rearranged the valves to make it all more user friendly. What I was extremely impressed by was how upfront Jeffrey was about the pricing. There were no "hidden" costs and he broke everything down BEFORE the work started. His final price was what I had expected to pay based on him sharing the time frame and what needed to be done.

Outstanding. Compared to neighbors that used the kids with the tiny machines we had several times the plugs and they are long plugs.
Description of Work: Outstanding lawn aeration service. More expensive than the kids who run through the neighborhoods with very small machines. Highlands ranch Aeration use a big $6,500 aeratosr that pulls 3 times the plugs per sq. yard and the plugsare 3" deep vs. 1". If the company you call uses machines called Billy Goats ($1,200), these are the small machines that are ineffective because they have short spikes attached to a drum. You are wasting your money if they use these. I recommend going with aeration firms only using golf course size machines that are LawnAire 28 Deep Core Aerators. These do not use small spikes attached to a drum but rather spikes that punch down into the grass causing the machine to literally jump up and down..
