 + -1 moreI initially called Chris in March, it took him several days (4 or 5) to get back to me and he told me he was skiing with his son, and would be back Monday, April 1st, and would contact me. I initially understood him not calling me back right away, since he was on a vacation. He requested that I send him my information in the form of a text, which I did. April 1st came and went, and I never heard from him. I sent him another text on April 6th, asking him if he would have time for my rental property, and primary residence, NO REPLY. I had given up on him, but still needed somebody to do some work, and I liked that he used High School kids to help, and he was close to me. On May 24th, I sent him another text, and asked him to let me know if he could take on additional properties, reminding him of our previous conversations. NOTHING. He may do good work, but it seems you are wasting your time trying to reach him as he has only replied to me once, and NEVER followed through with what he said he would.
Description of Work: I needed a yard clean up, and sprinkler repair at a rental as well as my primary residence.

He was very insightful with recommendations on other ways to take care of my lawn, some of which were services that he provided, but he did not pressure me at all. He was very friendly and pricing was very competitive. Highly recommended!
