+ -1 moreI've been working on getting this job done for a month and a half with Frane Enterprises. The owner came out and did a verbal bidding but it took me over 2 weeks (and a few calls from me) to get a written bid from them. I had a few questions about the job that I left on VM and also sent via email that were never responded to. It's been 3 weeks since I got the bid back and I haven't heard from them since then, despite two attempts to reach them via email.

+ -1 moreSuperb. This guy (Bob) knows how to use a tractor. The finished result was exactly on target. It sounds like he is in high demand so a little hard to nail down on the schedule but I would definetly use him again. Nice guy too!
Description of Work: Tractor work. Prepared 1/3 acre residential site for landscaping. Included scraping out the weeds, grading, mixing in compost, and strategically placing piles of retaining wall stones.
